Caffeine, AAKG questions.

Hey guys currently losing weight and was wondering if its ok to use this before i workout along side AAKG?

Also is it ok to be using 200mg all the time before i workout and does it actually aid in the wieght loss itself?

Sorry if these are silly questions?

caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, AAKG is a vasodilator. By taking caffeine along with AAKG, you are rendering the AAKG useless, as it's effects on 'the pump' will be cancelled out by the caffeine

200mg is the standard dose of caffeine, yes.

Caffeine itself won't do much for weightloss

Caffeine is only a mild vasoconstrictor, AAKG is a potent dialator, I can't see it rendering it useless completely. Guess it's easy to test and see though

Yes, as I've mentioned before caffeine has 'moderate' vasoconstrictor properties. It may cerntainly 'take away' from the vasodilator effects of arginine, but it won't cancel these effects out completely. Taking ephedrine on the other hand or a ECA stack alongside arginine does redenr it pretty pointless as ephedrine is a much stronger vasoconstrictor.

As James has suggested, give it a go, see how it works for you, everybody responds differently and beyond basic suggestions and guidelines, personally experimentation is key to finding out how these things work for you as an individual.

I get a pump on ECA for some reason. Was doing some reading on the american boards, and apparantly beta-agonists, cause vasodilation

Don't know if its true, but it explains my case
