How do I use my Calipers? Is itt 3 places - Bicep, tummy and thigh? Or just the tummy? Also where exactly do I measure?

it will give an idea of skin folds

i put my 'figures' into a calculator and it fluctuated daily by 10 or so %

    my theory?

    if you are fat, cut
if you are happy with body fat, bulk

mirror, tape and how your clothes fit tells you that

Because I assumed it would come with instructions like most other people would. Also I hoped I would get more specific help from others on this website.
