Calories from olive oil do you count them?

I was wondering if I shallow fry 3 eggs in olive oil should I be counting the calories from this, as the oil pretty much disappears after a certain amount of time.

Do these calories count or they absorbed by the food?

Where do you think the oil goes? It doesn't evaporate!
How many cals in a tablespoon of oil roughly..hmmm...off the top of my head about 80 or 100 something like that. If you are shallow frying in a fair amount of oil then yes maybe you should count it.

I sometimes drizzle a bit on my salad but it's a very small amount so I don't bother counting it myself.

9 cals a gram of fat
    tbsp holds 15g of OO
    so 15x9= 135cals

    Man i love carbing up

OP personally dont worry about it,m write down what you eat and work off of it that way. If youre gaining too much weigh cut back, if you aint gaining keep eating

Unless your really really watching the calories then I wouldnt. Like TIO says I just go with trial and error. If your gaining too much then maybe reduce the amount of oil, and if you still want to gain more then olive oil is a great way to get the calories up
