Can I do HIIT on my way from and to work

From what I understand (if I am correct on this) is that HIIT is a very intense 15 min training: warm up, start cardio slowly then go as fast as you can then slow down to recover then same again, and slow down do this for 15 min then cool off and your done, this in turn burns more fat leaving the mussle bulk in tact. Assuming I am correct how can this work on a journey to and from work, it takes me between 10-15 min each way.

    Why do it to work, unless you have shower facilities there, youll be sweating doing it to work. Maybe do it back from work but fuel for it. I personally wouldnt and just get myself together at home and then do it...after work.

    I do have shower facility at work, so all good then.

    What kind of fuel?

    Something Like Oats and a protein source, preferably whey if first thing in the morning, an hour before. Get your diet checked out for it in the diet forum.
