Can I stay on ECA for the next 4 weeks rather than clen/eca?

I am into my 3rd week of my cut now. I did the first two weeks using ECA and found that my appetite was kept in check.

I am now on 6 clen a day but am finding my appetite is really hard to keep under control. I am not really feeling the same kind of effects that the ECA gave me.

I get the tremors in my hands from the clen but thats about it.

Would there be any problems if I just stay on the ECA for the next four weeks rather than following the 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks eca protocol?

Hope that all makes sense.

Fine. I assume you're dropping the clen.

Yeah I will drop it and keep on the eca.

I just find it helps me that little bit more with my cutting.

    Cheers.

    Ellis,

My missus experiences exactly the same problems with Clen and she renders it useless, and much prefers ECA. I agree with partyboy and see no problems with it.

Have you tried hoodia mate ? My missus swears by that as an appetite suppresant

    Cheers

Oh I don`t know what to do lol!

I beleive the clen is working as I have used it before, it just doesn`t have the hunger supressing effect that I am needing

Have I got the wrong end of the stick but i thought clen had no fat burning properties at all. I thought it was used mainly for its anti catabolic properties?

only asking cos was planning on using pretty soonish.
