Can anyone help me?

Hi all,
I am writing this post because I need help. I need a right workout schedule
for me. I have been exercising for 5 years. But when I see myself in the mirror
I am same as I was before. Since 2 years the growth has almost stopped.
I tell you what are the limitations for me.

Exercise:
I workout at home. I have a barbell, some plates, dumbells, & a pull-ups bar.
I also have The Bullworker which I hardly use.
So I can do all the exercises which are freehand. And also, I can manage
most of the exercises done with the above equipments but not machines.
I workout 6 times a day.

Diet:
I am a vegetarian. I eat eggs though. But nothing else in nonveg catagory.
I have not tried supplements yet.

I know here I can find many experienced builders who might have faced and
overcomed the various problems in body building. I hope I can find someone
who can tell me what schedule I must follow. I will be highly obliged if
anyone of you can tell me which exercises I do, what must I eat, day by day.

Thanks a lot.
Regards.

Try posting in the 'routines forum' - You'll get a better response if you post your question in the right place...

I hope you mean you workout 6 times a week...not a day. Still that is too often. More protein supps, progression to heavy freeweights and a solid routine should get you on your way. A solid committment is also a must!

I was a vegeterian once and without supps I found it very hard to get anywhere near my protein requirement. Also you are not getting a full spectrum of aminos from eating just one source of protein and with all the eggs you would have to eat you could fart for india lol.

I am sorry I made a mistake I workout 6 times a week. Haha. sorry. Ya thats right Sman. That is why I have started to take protein supplement from this week. Do u think I should exercise less. Am I overtraining? Can you please tell me what should I train and how? If you have time to tell of course. But anyways, I thank all of you for the replies that I got so far.

Ya, I have started to note down whatever I do whatever I eat everyday. Once I complete 1 week of my diary, I will post it here so that you can judge me better.

    Thanks.
