From my own experince, you cannot go wrong with either Reflexs Instant Whey or BBW Premium whey (samples for all flavours can be obtained from there site which is handy)

I find overal, youll get slightly more servings for your money with the BBW version, however the Reflex whey is higher in protein/lower carbs per scoop, either way both great tasting affordable proteins.

If your looking for a blend, to take during periods of time when you cannot eat, or as a predbed, USN`s IGF, Nutrisports 90+, and Reflexs Peptide Fusion are all preety good choices and blends.

Id go through flavours, but thats subjective and would personally be easier if you found the protein you wanna go for, then ask about taste for said protein(s) :P lol

I would say either BBW Premium whey or Reflex Instant whey both very good, the BBW stuff is thicker in consistency to the Reflex if that helps...........depends if you like thicker or thinner shakes.

BBW is great in Banoffee & choc-cookie
Reflex Instant whey is nice in choc orange

MyProtein Whey for value, PHD Whey for taste and great results. I hear Gaspari's MyoFusion is excellent too.

Nutrisport's 90+. Not the best flavoured whey, but excellent value for money.
