If your new to training, then you can make quite quick gains and so you could bulk for a while. BUT bulking, unless you are very careful(and even then), will increase bodyfat. I suppose it depends on what you want. Be slimmer(with abs possibly) or have a larger frame with a little extra fat.
Bench 37.5kg x 11 dumbells (40kg x 5)
Squat 140kgx6 (with proper form now)
Quit again: about October 2009
