Can someone please critique and give me advice in this routine.
Hi guys as the title says, a friend of mine has passed on a routine and recommended I try it as I'm looking to change things up, he says it's a version of the German volume training but changed up slightly I was just looking for people's opinions on whether this routine looks good or absolutely terrible thanks.
Chest 10x10 bench press (each set to failure)
Incline chest press 10x10 till failure
Chest plate squeeze 10x10
All to failure 45 secs rest between sets
1 min rest between
Tbar row 10x10
Lat pulldown 10x10
Seated row 4x10
45 secs rest for all above sets
Seated Shoulder press bb
1 min rest increase weight each set.
Upright row superset with db shoulder press 4x15
5x10 front raise
5x10 side raise
5x10 rear delt cable
45 seca rest for each set
Squat 5x5 2min rest
Front squat 4x12
Quads raise 4x15
Ham curl 4x15
Db lunge length of gym and back to failure
Superset bis and tris
Seated incline bb curl 3x15 with tri kick back 3x15 45 sec rest
3x10 hammer curl with tri nosebreaker 3x10 1 min rest
3x7 preacher curl with 3x7 over head tricep press really heavy on these 1.30 rest
Then 3 sets of 21s for curl
And 3 sets of 20 over head tricep cable pulls 30 secs rest.
