Can someone please tell me what to do...

I'm wanting to build muscle and lose fat simultaneously, i'm willing to do anything as this concept has interested me immensly.

I need to know things such as when should i eat carbs? when should i eat protein? when should i perform cardio? when should i do weight training? what weight training shud i do, like how many sets/reps, are there any exercises that are more beneficial? are there supplements that would aid me?

I'd also be much obliged if someone was to explain the rough science behind it, like why eating carbs at this time will help, etc.

thank you so much if you help me

listen mat streight up is not about what supplements you take or how many reps or sets you do if im correct you 6'1 and 150 pounds your skin and bones at the moment i think you can afford to up a little fat on for the time being just go on a bulk and when you think you'v got too fat the go on a cut simple
