Do you have a goal in mind, or a time frame?
0700 meal lacks protein so try to get something in here, even if it's a whey shake
You need some protein after your training, again a whey shake might be a good option.
With regards to morning cardio, yes this is an option - but for me personally I would leave that until later on in the 'game' when fat loss starts to slow - that's why I was asking if you had some sort of time frame in mind.
