Cannabis oil?

Family member bought me this as a little gift as it’s meant to be great for sleep, anxiety amongst other things

Did have a read online and the findings seem quite solid but has / does anyone supplement this and find it has any benefits?

I'm not too well versed but you extract the oils/chemicals etc thru baking and fermentation. I have some oil for the Mrs but she won't touch it due to the after taste even tho she's in pain 24/7 and this may offer some help in easing inflammation

Not too sure, considering how thick the oils are I would imagine it's more of a compression method, tinctures appear more 'brewed' and i think tend to have a higher THG content than the CBD oils too. But like I say, I really don't know too much about it, only recently been investigating it for the Mrs.

I use it for pain. Specifically L5-S1 herniation and of course neck pain after healing from my C2-C3 fracture. I have narcotics but since using CDB I no longer take them. I also use it for sleep. I have cut back on my Ativan at night to sleep. It also keeps me calm all day. I have used oils that you put under your tongue, Vaped oils, and found flowers. The CDB flowers are the best! Instant relief and can go to sleep without my mind being all over the place.

There are CDB flowers they look just like regular buds. Smell and taste like regular bud. Only difference is 0.0% THC. Won't fail a drug test. It is the best and most effective way to take CBD. The one I smoke is called Cherry Wine. It's available online in many places. I get my stuff at a local place by where I live. I don't have all the aches and sleep like a champ.

    So you don't get stoned?

You do not get a high like smoking marijuana. You do have a body relaxation but no euphoria like MJ. I can smoke a little of the Cherry Wine and be totally relaxed and fall asleep within minutes of laying down. That being said it does not make you feel sleepy or struggle to stay awake. It just relaxes your brain and body. No anxiety or runaway brain just relaxation. I can tell you this you are definitely missing out if you do not try it at least once. The pain relief is phenomenal. I legitimately do not pop NSAIDs or my hydrocodone for back pain due to the Cherry Wine strain.

I have made THC oil in the past for my wife (due to the potential benefits around brain tumours)
I made it from the plant to the oil (although it is more like a very thick and sticky grease) myself as I didn't trust procuring it online.
There is a man called Rick Simpson who has a number of videos on youtube about how to make it.
I don't want to post too much on here given the associated legality of it all, but happy to discuss via PM etc if someone wants more info.
I will point out though I am not expert and can only give opinion based on how my wife reacted to it etc.

CBD oil is legal on all 50 states. THC is not.
