Can't burn fat!

Curently about 190 lbs 18% bf approx diet is about 2600 cals a day (380 gms protein, 160 gms carbs, 45 gms fat all approx), have cheat day on saturday

Also doing 100mg prop EOD and 50mg winny ED for 7 weeks and T3 (6 week taper)

Cardio consists of 3 x HIIT 20 mins a week and 1 x 40 min fat burn seesion

However, when I started this (winny & prop 3 weeks ago, T3 2 weeks ago) I weighed 13 1/2 stone. Guess what, still 13 1/2 stone!

I am expecting too much too soon or does anyone have any other tips to shift some lard?

Don't rely on scales to gauge your fat-loss mate, find out your bodyfat percentage and your waist (us fellas store most of our fat here) and then take it again at the end of the cycle.

You may be in the rare position of losing fat and gaining some lean mass.

    Best of luck, Jock

tru well I'm hoping the fact I haven't lost any weight is due to water retention and/or the fact I'm gaining lean muscle

ain't impressed with the mirror but sometimes you see wot u don't wanna see and sometimes u see wot u wanna see, depending on what mood your in I suppose! Anyway, while keep at it and may lower my cals by about 200 down to 2400 a day, which will hopefully make a difference.

Its difficult to tell the difference by yourself mate, I always find I'm my onw worst critic...so I always take before and after pics when I'm cutting.

Your plan sounds good mate, you may also want to steadily drop carbs while increasing protein especially when you are on T3 as it can be very catabolic.

Drop the cheat days mate, cutting is all about discipline...stick to your diet ridgidly and things will work out fine.

Cheers fella, cheat day is unavoidable this week due to the fact I'm out on the lash tomorrow night (1st time in ages!), so a cooked brekkie will be in order Saturday, but one cheat meal a week is ok innit?

TBH I think 1 cheat day tends to slow progress rather than stop it if you know what I mean mate, They're are fine as long as you can commit to a 15-18 week cutting cycle, I'm an impatient bastard at the best of times so I want to be done in at least 8 weeks.

Goin on the beer is fine in my book, just stay hydrated and try to let it not completely wreck your diet.

    Best of luck, Jock

Drop your calories, simple as that. With your cheat day you are probably averaging nearly 3000 cals a day, I would say this is way over the top for cutting unless you do a LOT of exercise.

true, may have to get rid of cheat day and get some good appetite supresants (eph). May drop a can of Tuna next week be 170 cals less per day but will still be getting a good amount of Protein (350 gms daily) still, with very low carbs. DOn't know if this is quantifiable, but wouldn't the T3 burn lots of cals even though I have a cheatday (at the mo)?
