Cant find the time to eat after i train
Hello...im currently on a cut.
The problem is that after i train i have to eat just after 8pm and also at 10pm. Im finding this really hard to do because i feel so full up after my 8pm-ish meal that i sometimes leave out my 10pm meal.
What im wondering is can i just eat one meal after i train? Say at 9pm? and thats me until 7am?
I go to bed pretty early as im up at 5.45am to do cardio before i go to work
5.4am Cardio ...40 mins
7am 4 egg whites 1 yolk
100g Oats, Scoop Whey, flax seed oil
9.30am 4 scoops whey, 100ml milk, water, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds
12pm tin tuna, 2 wholemeal bread, fruit, salad, low ft yogurt, Nuts
3pm 4 scoops whey, 100ml milk, peanut butter , pumpkin seeds
5.30pm 200g Turkey, 50g Rice with veg
7.40pm 50g Whey
8.15pm 150g Mackerel, 2 wholemeal pitta bread tomatoes lettuce , low fat mayo
Nuts OR Tin tuna, 50g oats, peanut butter and water.
10pm 200g cottage cheese mixed with small tin of tuna, Flax oil
