Thanks lads, I feel better now knowing it isn't that much compared to some of you greedy fooks! :P
I fasted till 3pm and had 900 cals, 130carb, 10 fat, 60pro, and 18 fibre. It was my pre workout meal of cereal, milk, wholewheat toast, jam, apple, whey, yogurt, berries, spinach. I trained then had the pizza etc. about 8pm.
