Winstrol is a steroid, clen a stimulant.  And I think you should do a lot of research before considering using those compounds mate.

Also, fat burners are not the answer.  Proper diet and training is.

The most important answers for you mate are in calorie intake and expenditure. Put simply, you need to burn more than you consume, so I'd visit the diet forum and ceck out people's cutting diets, then work one up that  suits your lifestyle and perhaps post it up for help from others.

Many trainers like steady low intensity cardio for fat loss, anything from 30mins upwards cycling, jogging, fast walking or x-trainer - all are good. Once more advanced consider interval training. Lots of good advice in training forums.

Once you're nearly happy with where you are, and any further fat truly becomes hard to lose, then consider alternatives such as clen. (steroids like winstrol are not of particular use to you here)

Ive cut alot of fat from around the shoulder area and upper chest line but around the sides doesnt seem to be moving, would light weight dumbell flys help burn fat from around that area, high reps lower weight?

What are the effects of clen? also winstrol.. what do they actually do?

hi mate, i think you have been very misinformed about the effects of training, and the way the body works.

working an area with weights, no matter how you do it, will not spot burn fat.  you cant remove fat from the chest by working the chest, light, heavy or otherwise.

weight training helps to preserve muscle, the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn per day.  it also stimulates metabolism, and leads to a better overall shape. dieting without weights will drop weight, but at the expense of muscle. making it harder to maintain the new lower weight, and actually you just look a smaller version of your original self, not a leaner fitter version like you hoped for.

you need to be working hard on the weights, not taking it easy doing a few light weights.

cardio will increase fitness, boost metabolism, and burn fat.  it needs to be a part of your routine.

diet needs to be strict, but include enough calories, fat and carbs to allow the body to function properly.  it needs enough protein to build and repair muscle, and prevent muscle loss.

overall, these three things combine to produce fat loss, but its body wide, and there is no way to control what parts of the body it comes from.

just to add, you dont need any drugs, or fat burners.

what you need is a better knowledge of how to train, and what your diet should be.  that will get you where you want to be.

    Hello buddy.
I had a similar issue after returning to traing after an 8 year gap. Ive been back 12 months next month and can happily say my fat levels are now minimal.
I train six days a week and on three of those days I do a 5km treadmill run and some weeks do a 5km row as well. My diet isnt great but I have one eye on it so I dont over do it on fatty foods.
On the subject of additives, Winstrol is a good product if taken correctly and with care. You will need to take five a day: 2 morning, 1 lunchtime and another 2 around 5pm. You should also consider taking milk thistle (Holland & Barett) to aid your kidneys and liver to cope with the extra work they'll be doing when on winstrol.
Winstrol will not only help with strength gains but will help move stubborn fat pockets especially around the lower abdomin.
Unfortunately although cardio is boring and time consuming, it is a necessary evil and will help you reach your goal alot faster, with or without the additives.
    Good luck.

Ive lost alot of fat from around the upper arms and shoulders and some off the abs but ive suddenly stopped noticing the loss in other areas..

i have a pretty clean diet but im human and 19yr old so i occasionally drink, rarely but sometimes do. also have a pizza now and again every few week.

i think its just a case of more cardio and circuits.

thanks for the advice guys.. rep up.
