Sent an email listing all his actions and our from im start to end,sent a hard copy recorded delivery,no reply no response to following emails.
Sent one from work followed with a record of the read recipet from previous email
And the threat of legal action.
What saved the day was asking the right questions on the day of the sale,has the engine or gearbox had problems or work fone in them,he said " no" later proved to be a lie.
Also pre collection we emailed asking him to confirm the lpg was fully functioning and correct,he replied " fully functioning and
correct" which again proved to be a lie.
If i hadnt done this id have had a chance for a refund but the case for my side woudnt have be as strong which i feel made him give in.
Ive saved the letters/emails so if anyone has a similar situ they can have a copy to adapt.
Everyone has been
