Carb cycling - advice please
So I started carb cycling this week mon - thurs low carbs roughly 75grams-100grams and then fri - sat no carbs <20grams. My question is im having a carb day after my leg session and was wondering would it be better to start the carb up from breakfast as I will be able to burn more fat due to the two low carb days before or after the session with my post workout shake?
Whats your experience?
