If you try it daily it becomes second nature really. I know that feeling when the carbs are running out. Not that first pang of hunger you might get mid morning....I feel it more in the body than the stomach. Keep the protein up and have some fats ie nuts. Then having carbs in the evening just replenishes your glycogen without getting stored as fat. You don't go to bed hungry which I hate lol cos it's hard to get a good night's sleep. This works for me training in the morning (6am). Plus I have a sedentary job which makes low carbing in the day easier. Although I don't do this everyday.
