Carb cycling for first time

Hi guys, I've been "dropping body fat" for around a year or so now and I'm now around the 20% BF mark ( guesstimate). I started at around 35%. I'm now struggling to lose at this point and have decided to do a carb cycling diet as I've heard so much about it and have actually been doing so for a week. My cycle is LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH repeat. Carbs tend to be 50-75/150-175/250+ and I weigh around 76kg at 5ft 6. Cycle is going to be around 12 weeks 2000 cals/day and as squeaky clean as possible. I'll be doing weights 4 times a week with 20 mins SSCV after weights and 3 cardio only days with a mixture of HIIT. Supplements are whey, bcaa's, multi vitamins and vitamin D. Goal is to be around 15% BF or lower would be a bonus.
My question is basically should I continue and see how it goes or am I going to end up with too many high days for carbs in a week?
Any other recommendations appreciated.

You could see how you get on. I don't count cals/carbs etc but carbs once a day works well for me. I don't go down as low as 50g though that's for sure.

Thanks for the reply. Yeh I read as much as I could and gathered that a low carb day was around that mark. If you don't count cals (if you don't mind me asking) how do you know what's going down you? I'd be so confused.

If you try it daily it becomes second nature really. I know that feeling when the carbs are running out. Not that first pang of hunger you might get mid morning....I feel it more in the body than the stomach. Keep the protein up and have some fats ie nuts. Then having carbs in the evening just replenishes your glycogen without getting stored as fat. You don't go to bed hungry which I hate lol cos it's hard to get a good night's sleep. This works for me training in the morning (6am). Plus I have a sedentary job which makes low carbing in the day easier. Although I don't do this everyday.

    hi white snake
i was also thinking of carb cycling and like you have a sedentary job and train at 6.30 in the morning, if you dont mind me asking what kind of meals do you have throughout the day?
    thanks
