Carb refeed

Hi Guys

Ive currently been on my summer diet for 8 weeks now and dropped from 14st down to 12,11.
I can actually see my abs pretty well but I was wondering whether a carb refedd (goods carbs) would benfit me in sparking up my metablism further as i only eat starchy carbs for bereckfast and after training. i train 5 - 6 days per week

typical day

6.00 am
75 grams oats
1/2 tea spoon natural peanut butter
scoop protein powder

9.00 am
1 1/2 protein powder

12.00 pm
150 grams turkey
mxed veg

3.00
150 grams chicken
mixed veg

preworkout
scoop NO - SHOTGUN (VPX)

postworkout
1 1/2 scoop protein

PPWO
150 grams chicken
mixed veg
50 grams brown rice
few nuts

10.00 pm
1 1/2 scoop casein

any opinions appreciated

I think a carb up would be beneficial definitely. I am currently cutting and following the Anabolic Diet, so max 30g carbs per day, high protein, high fat. At weekend I have a carb up consisting of both high and low GI carbs. I have recently reduced it to just Sat night - Sunday bedtime but I was making good progress doing Sat & Sun all day. I was also eating silly amounts of calories and whilst my weight hasn't altered much in the last 10 weeks, I have dropped plenty of fat.

I have added more CV now and tightened the weekend carb up to continue progressing. I must admit, last week by Friday I was dead on my feet but after the carb up I felt great and I still do now. I was in need of a rest by Wed last week but can't see that happening this week as I am completely energised.

i didn't think nuts (healty fats) were good for you right after training because they slow down the absorbtiion of post workout protein and carbs???

im new to this so could be wrong but i keep reading this

also mate, how much body fat did you lose coming down fromm 14 to 12,11 stonnes?

im on a bit of a cutt but i look like a fu*ki lamp post when im 12.5 to 13.5 in weight because im 6ft2 and without a bit of mass i just like lanky

i was 25% at 14 stones so just wondering what weight ill be if im aiming to get down to about 18% fat

He has the nuts PPWO, so 45 minutes to an hour after training which is fine. It is immediately after training where you want to eliminate fats as they slow down the digestion of protein.

as tuffy said becasue the fats are taken ppwo i do use it to limit the insulin impact from the carbs

well im 5 10 and am still carrying bit of size havent lost much muscle mass clothes still fit tight in the right places lol

i think the biggest thing i did to assist with the fat loss is to lay off the booze even though i usual drink vodka with diet coke
