Carb/Protein/Fat ratio's?

What's a good Carb/Protein/Fat ratio for building lbm with minimal fat gain? Just figured mine out it's 37% Carbs 33% Protein 30% Fat, total calories 3758kcal, is this any good?
Thanks in advance

IMO there are no such 'good ratios'

everyones requiremtns are different in relation to stats, goals and activity levls

ie a builder would not have the same ratios as a office worker in the majority of cases

its what works in each given case with protein being the only macro that really stays constant in relation to stats

I was finding that after my lifting, when i go for a run, halfway through i was getting worn out, so i now eat a banana immediately pre workout and it seems to have done the trick! Although my running seems a bit harder now im getting heavier
