Carbohydate

Can anyone give me a bit of advice on carbohydrate please?

I have things such as protein pancakes made to eat for snacks at work but am conscious of the amount of carbs in them and wonder if they're a good idea with no exercise being done for hours.

I'm just a bit clueless as to when the best time to have them is and when I should steer clear of them. Whether or not they're bad or good. You hear all the "atkins" type comments regarding them and wonder if you should only be taking them at certain times etc...

I'm on a cut atm and alternate between weight sessions one day and cv the next.

My diet:

If anyone could help me out I'd be appreciative.

If you are on a cut you may wish to get smaller portions of carbs throughout the day and have more protein and fat meals.

PWO or PPWO you will need some carbs, many also have some at breakfast too.

It depends on the rest of your diet and also how you are going to place these carbs within the diet.
