Forskolin is great on paper, and seemingly great in practice also.
Carbolin is dressed up forskolin. You can get the forskolin in bulk pretty cheap (the 20% stuff). About 200-250mg/day should be nice, but may cause the squirts in some people.
The 95% stuff from sabinsa requires only 40-50mg/day and avoids this stomach issue, but the stuff is well pricey, and quite difficult to get (unless you buy in bulk from them direct, but its like $2500 per kilo).
