Carbs on non training days.

How many meals out of the 6 consumed on rest days do you think should include carb sources?

and

At 5:00PM I have a bowl of oats (for pre-workout), I also have oats in the morning. Is it worth switching to brown rice for variety?

    What are your goals? Bulking / cutting?

    Rice/oats - i'd go with whatever you fancy!
