RE: Cardio after weights?
Just done my usual legs and abs monday workout, followed by 30 mins cardio afterwards for the first time. felt good so i think i'll stick to it for a few weeks and see what happens. so thats weights and 30 mins cardio on mon wed and fri, and 60 mins cardio on tues, thurs and sat.
the preset cardio programs on the exercise bike varies between intensity levels during the session anyways, so that should be ok yeah?
