Cardio and Fat loss....
Hi, just wondering of this will work really..
I weight train mon-fri evenings....but i really want to lose BF% without losing muscle.
I am going to start on this routine to get it down. I have already altered my diet just adding in the cardio now.
Mon-fri Eve weights
Mon-Fri AM before breakfast. Cardio wk/out. Run 30 mins
Sunday afternoon in gym 5k steady run
I cant do saturdays as sometimes play sport.
I am around 18%BF and i am hoping to get down to around 10%BF in about 10 weeks...is this reasonable expectations?
Also when i start to reach my target should i start to cut days off the cardio?
Then how do i maintain my BF%? Or is that all dependant on diet?
Any thoughts would be most appreciated thanks.
