Cardio fueling before and after

hey guys quick question about cardio fuelling. I did 1 hour session today of body combat which is high intensity with a low intensity 1.5 hour walk to and from the gym. I consumed carbs beforehand and afterwards just looking to see if my meal plan fo todays workout was acceptable or needed any mods of such. as usual im 25 6ft tall 81kg and 11%BF and do weights 3 times a week on the rippetoe program and im taking CEE

9:30am 400g LEW 70g WW flour 2g fat 430 cals 44g carbs 48g pro 6g fibre
12:30pm 170g turkey and 250g green beans 10g pumpkin seeds
3:30: 170g turkey and 250g green beans 10g pumpkin seeds
6:30pm 1 protein brownie 382 cals 6g fat 30g pro 51g carbs (preworkout carbs
7:30pm Body combat cardio session
9:15 170g turkey and 250g green beans 520g pineapple (PWO carbs)
11:30pm BTE 4 efa caps 166 cals 30g pro 4g fat 10g pumpkin seeds

510g turkey 546 cals 128g pro 5g fat
750g green beans 202 cals 13g pro 31g fibre 35g carbs
30g pumpkin seeds 176 cals 14g fat 7g pro 5g carbs 1g fibre
520g pineapple 276 cals 67g carbs
2126 total cals
31g fat
202g carbs
256g pro
46g fibre

    Lose the pineapple and replace the carbs there with some carbs from oats or weetabix.

    Possibly reduce the turkey slightly and add a little whey.

    The rest is ok.

    cool will modify for thursday when next session is up and running, thanks mate much appreciated. Just didnt have any time to cook as i had something premade so i opted for sugary fruit as a stop gap measure, wont happen again . Ill take 30g of whey with me to the gym and use that as a PWO and rejig the PPWO meal as the sessiosn is intense ill tell you that

    didnt help thats why i posted up the query as my cardio protocol for the two days didnt say what fueling was required
