Cardio in morning or post-workout ??

Which is better for burning fat while cutting ?? i do 30-40mins of low intensity cardio. Ive tried cardio in the morning and post workout got to say i enjoy post workout A LOT more i hate morning cardio its the last thing i want to do when i wake up. I weight train at 2-3pm and cardio straight after.

So which one would you recommend ?

I like it when you can split aerobic and anaerobic activities up so that they gain the maximum potential and effect for what you are including them within your routine for.

It's better to split them up in my opinion, but some dont, if you dont like the mornings then you will have to do it other times.

I found I hated morning cardio also, after a week or so of it though I relly look forward to it.

It`s nice and quiet in the mornings and there is just me and the dog enjoyng the early morning.

    Stick with it bud.

Might consider doing both really want to get ripped sooner rather than later, altho it will be a couple months of hell

And morning for me is 11am-12pm im self employed so work my own hours so i cant enjoy the peaceful morning, altho for my morning cardio i have went to the beach for a jog so its nice and quiet there on weekdays

I wish it was winter my last cut was in winter and it was awesome jogging/cycling on the freezing cold weather
