am cardio because after weights, your body is starving for food and nutrients. then youll be doing cardio, making the body use more energy which could be from proteins and keeping cortisol levels rising.
would just do weights and cardio totally seperately, but if time doesnt allow, then you could pop some bcaa tabs, maybe half protein shake or something along those lines and do cardio after weights.
