RE: Cardio on a bulk?
i am trying to bulk, but would never think about not doing cardio. im only new at this so pls correct me if im wrong, but surely by training cardiovascularly over a long period of time at 65%ish of hr max,for 45mins, the body hacks into fat stores as its main energy source, so surely fat levels will go down. wont they?
and it maybe easily overlooked by some people, but even if it did nothing for my fat stores, i think having a healthy heart is top priority! it will also do lots for lung capacity allowing you to get more oxygen into the muscles, decreasing rest periods between sets and will help breathing during exercises. or am i chattin sh*t??!!
