Cardio when bulking

Hi Guys and Girls.

So what do you think to doing cardio when trying to bulk do you think it is a good idea and if so how much.

I only do cardio pre contest apart from that i dont, but i thinking it might help if i do it all year round to stay in better condition, but my main goal is to come in as big as poss and gain as much muclse of seasion as poss, with that in mind is there any feed back you can offer

    I don't think you can get big while getting tone at the same time.

    I wouldn't do more than two sessions a week and certainly not on the same day as any weights.

    You'd find it easier to diet down into contest shape, maybe at the expense of a pound or two.

    240lbs @ 13% bf

    Squats -- 475lbs
    Deadlifts -- Romanian DL (only ones I can do with an injured back) -- 150lbs dumbells
    Bench -- 325lbs

    I find a run,two or three times a week,helps keep u feeling sharp,keeps your definition and most importantley keeps u fit.Put this to a friend and he found it worked a treat. Hope it works for u.
