Carpel tunnel re-visited.....?
Posted a question about three weeks ago, about the possibilty of me having carpel tunnel syndrome....... I am taking now 7 I.U GH per day and 2 vials of sustanon organon twice weekly.
I heard that GH can bring on Carpel tunnel syndrome, so I paid the docs a visit. Apparnatly its not carpel tunnel as the where I described the pain is not a "classic" symtom, it is however damaged wrists?! Much to my suprise as I have never had any problems with them during mt last 11 years of body building!
My new question is where can I source reliable wrists supports? My probelm is for example, when picking up heavy dumbells for say flat dumbell pressing, my wrists feel like they are going to snap backwards. Hence I feel I may need support. I have been scouring the net but its difficult to tell by a small picture what wrist support to buy? and how well it works.
I believe I need a a firm strapping of some sort to keep my wrist aligment straight whilst pushing and pulling dumbells, can anyone tell me... do they know of such a thing? has anyone else suffered like this? How can I mend it?
