That does say 'Cake bars' in your diet?
You diet is worse than mine!!!
My elbows have been a lot better now I use cod liver oil and glucosamine, and stopped doing pushdowns. Not sure which of those has made the most difference...

    Is that 'Eddie Yates Approved'?
All is good at home. Jane said she might let me out for another workout tomorrow.

HT i wont do any shows this year as getting married in sept so cant afford it,dont think i would do col show again because i dont think the placings are fair not just in my class but over alot of the show so if i am going to spend the money/time and effort then i would go for the south/east 2005,what are you doing still taking a year out?
RTD not doing stiffs because i dont think i need them when doing deadlifts my hams are always stiff so leg curls after squats dl on bk day,Pacer was training last wk he looks bloody massive,he said the cake bars are packing on the mass ha ha.

    wed chest/arms

    bench 110kg 5x5
    barbellcurls 45kg 2x20
    pushdowns stack/10kg 1x12 1x10
