the first time i used creatine was from h & b, tasted ok, but i feel i didnt get the pumps that it was good for. I then tried cee and i felt i got pretty good pumps from it.

This is an interesting thread. If the same question had been asked 2 years ago i would have thought many of the answers would have said go with CEE, however it almost seems that there is a CEE backlash going on with most of the hype around it dying down. Just an observation.

I agree although strangely enough we're still selling CEE in decent amounts. I don't think it's a bad product - just not the next best thing. Creapure, as those who know my postings, is another matter. It is just creatine.

CEE did nothing for me. Creapure worked fine. Although for some people, CEE works wonders.

I would go with Creapure due to the price. Currently on CEE but haven't really noticed any difference to creatine mono.

I think most people are coming back to good old creatine.

Having a neutral taste also helps as you can blend it in your pre and post work out shakes and not chuck up!

    CEE by a mile.

I get nothing from basic creatine mono - unless taken with lots of carbs.

CEE on the other hand...I get great results from.

Mono and creapure - I'm not sure there's much if any difference.

I've used both and I couldn't tell you what is better.

    There is no difference.

Creapure is a patented process of manufacture, used / originated by a company in Germany. It's become a "standard" because it is just a very good process of making creatine mono.

    http://www.creapure.com/english/14/index.htm

    Creapure = Plain mono

You can also get non creapure mono's that are pretty good. The bad Chinese (tainted) creatine of a few years ago, isn't really sold in the UK (at least I can't think of any brands that I know who use it - poor quality creatine that is).

This was a topic I was gonna bring up but also comparing/observing opinions of kre-alkalyn and other creatine types. What does everyone else think of the other creatine products? Hype or do they hold up to what they state?

From experience, I've seen the best results from some of the more recent creatine types - creatine gluconate & MCC for example, found in animal pump, gaspari sizeon, and maybe some other products now too. I get little from normal mono unless taken with a ton of carbs. cee i do well off of, especially if taken in / with an ALA product. ALA really boosts my results with creatine I find.

Never tried Kre-Alkayln, so can't comment. I know from having off the cuff conversations with the Vyomax MD that he really rates it, and has a tub on his desk for personal use at the mo. If he makes it and uses it, he probably gets very good results from it.

In reality, it's probable that different creatines work differently for different people - much like different AAS.
