Changes in routine

Im currently doing one of tony starks 3 day splits which is great. The compound movements are done at 5x5. I was wondering if after the 12 weeks would it be a good idea to keep the routine and change to a 3x5 or a 3x3 or will that not shock the body enough to grow and i should totaly change the routine for another 12 week cycle. All ideas will be read greatfully

    Kepe the same routine and change to 3x3/5x3 if you still want to do the same exercises.
