Changing routines after 4 months

Im currently starting a new rouine

Deads 4x6
Barbell rows 4x6
Barbell curls 4x6

Squats 4x8
ab training

Bench press 4x6
Shoulder press 4x6
Close grip bench 3x6

I was wondering if this was ok for someone who has been training for 4months and wants to bulk up.

Should i also do cardio too to maintain my heart. If so when sholud i do it?

    Try to have a gap of 2 days between your Squat and Deadlift days. Also, what about a hamstring excercise on the leg day?

    Do your cardio on non-weights days. 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time is okay.
