RE: Charles Staley EDT
Thanks for the reply YIB, i thought I was on my own here! I've been doing the 5*5 for a couple of months and will definitely be sticking with it for a good while longer yet; I am just always interested in other routines:methods. I haven't bought Staley's book yet but EDT basically involves taking two movements (say bench and chins) and trying to get as many reps of each in a certain time (say 15 minutes) by doing alternating sets with say a 10 rep max.
eg do say 5 reps on the bench, 5 chins, back to bench etc until at the end I guess you are doing singles or doubles with a rest before changing exercises.
I think this is the idea, but as I say, I'll probably get the boo and give it a try in afew months when I fancy a change.
