Cheapest place for o3 oil?

Nutricentre don't have the offer on Udo's anymore so, as its cheaper and i probably need to up my o3 intake in comparison to my o6 intake, i was thinking of trying flax seed oil.

Where'e the best place to get a good but cheap Flax oil?
The best i've found is £7 for 360ml from zipvit. (MP's are sold out)

    Sainsburys is quite cheap.

    Not the caps no.

    They do the oils.

My Tescos doesnt have any but my Sainsburys does.

At the start when i bought quark from Sainburys they never seemed to have enough in as they always ran out. Now though they have an endless supply. Could be due to the amount my brother and i buy each week
