Cheers

This exact date 12 months ago i started my long road to fitness and health and a better body from 19 stone to now just under 12 i would like to say cheers to everyone for their input output and honesty. especially people like toxic, ice mach (nabz) and a few others who know who they are.

My know now my goals to get down to 11 stone possible 10.5 stone and just keep bulking up to 13 stone till i have a pretty decent physique that i am happy with but just to all the people on here

Winners never quit and people who quite never win so dont give up !!!!!!!!

    ill be honest im stopping the weights till the end of august and just doing cardio 5 times a week and my lifts have got pretty bad from nearly 90kg bench to now i struggle with 40kg like i said cardio and core work till my stomach problem is gone but i can see the difference after the chat we had the other day cheers buddy

    in the eyes of some yes i look the balls with a tshirts on now girls give that eye you know the look but its when it comes of nice chest stupid disfig stomach due to stupid starvation and lack of core work. Im booking to go to Cos in spetember to see a my mates sister with him and a few others i just want to slim down as much as poss then go for the Tenthdaz clean bulk challenge to find out if i can get my gains cleaner than clean

    Sounds like good progress, do you have any pics? I did 19 stone to 13, but you've beat me by an extra stone

    Why are you stopping weights? You certainly don't want your lean body mass to decrease, it will make maintaining your fat loss more difficult.
