Chest

My chest isnt to good me thinks... whats the best exercise to really get your chest looking good and with strength :)

Whenever i tense my chest there isnt realy that much of a different from it relaxed

    what are you doing right now?

    i had great results from weighted dips when my bench pressing plateaued.

    they're both good exercises. what kind of rep/set scheme are you using? and how many times per week?

    Im doing the 5x5 routine. Every Monday i do chest. doing a push/pull/legs. Wed pull and Sat legs because i have bball on thursday which takes alot of cardio

    well it sounds fine, but if it's not working for you i suggest dropping 1 of the presses and trying weighted dips instead. keep your elbows flared and lean forward to make sure your chest is doing the work rather than your tris. 5x5 should be fine.

    How are other body parts coming on?

    What is your diet like?

    Do flat bench, incline bench with the barbell and weighted dips, they are the best for size

    the quality and depth of a chest is all about years of training IMO and a full chest doesnt happen overnight

    years of heavy pressing, weighted dips and mass building compounds will bring the shape, depth and quality to your chest

    in the meantime, whilst your waiting, eat, eat,eat some more and then get on with some eating to fuel the growth
