I think I know what you are saying. A sort of irritable feeling, doesn't hurt just there and annoying.
If it's the same thing I mostly find it's oestrogen related. You say heavy pct could it be a bit to heavy and e is now on the rebound?

    Just a thought...

Just keep an eye on it fella. Its probably just a symptom of everything trying to balance out. A couple of days it should be gone.

If it continues go to the docs they could probably run one of those short ecg tests, they did one of me and said there was an abnormality they couldn't tell me what said I needed further tests but i never went back.

I wasn't on gear I hadn't been for years, tbh I was too scared to go for more tests incase it was anything serious - that and I couldn't be bothered waiting in a hospital for ages.

I found a lump on my nuts once and was meant to go to hospital but didn't go, luckily it went away maybe next time I won't be so lucky I just hate hospitals

As the pain/discomfort is in your Pec I would say that as Esbee says its prob. Oestrogen related.
Keep an eye it but try not to keep feeling around your nipple as this will only aggravate it further.
If symptoms continue you could run a very low dose of Nolva or continue with Aromasin for a few weeks more to control the Oestrogen rebound.

If it is heart related then the pain will tend to be more in the centre of your chest along with discomfort in your left armpit and upper left arm.

    Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.

Think the low dose is the way forward 20 mg nova 12.5 mg of aromasin should do it.

20 mg or even 10 mg a day should be effective. I would give it a week or two before really being concerned though.
If it is just some discomfort and there is no noticeable lump.

    Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.
