    ''on rep 5, bring the dumbbells together at the top and squeeze the pecs as if you are flexing them. Squeeze for 1-2 seconds, hard''

    Ill give this a go i always concentrated more on bringing the DB's down as low as possible to pull my chest apart and stetch the muscles. Id never even thought abought what the excersice does at the top of the rep

    I tried this and found it very good, i had to drop my DB weight by half and then still could only get 7-8 reps on the last part.
    The hardest part was stopping myself dropping the DB all the way down.

    Laycan i think all the muscletalkers are at the top of the forum, def worth a try. First time ive had DOM's on my chest in a while

    I haven't read this issue but I've discovered a new exercise recently which I think is brilliant;

    1) Start with the DB's in the pressed position
    2) Fly the weight down
    3) Bring the DB's close so that they are resting on your chest
    4) Squeeze the DB's together and press (squeezing all the way up)
