well i tink its better for strength and gains but 8 reps is fine if u want to carry on with 8 i would sometimes in sets here and there i plan to do 6 reps but end up doin 8 so i know i have to put the weight up then but 8 is fine but personally id do 6.good luck

This is all i do Max-OT

    Flat bench - 3 x 4-6
    Incline bench- 3 x 4-6
    Dips (weighted) 2 x 4-6

hit them to complete failure and you cant go wrong it will give your chest maximum overload make sure it is between 4 - 6 reps tho (very important)

Oh and that is all i do in one day

Leave out flyes and pullovers imo

    e.g

    Chest Tris

Flat benchpress 2 warmup sets, 3 working sets 6-8 reps
Incline benchpress 3 sets 6-8 reps
    Dips 3 sets 6-8 reps
    Skullcrushers 3 sets 6-8 reps

    Central nervous system

I think you should only go to failure on your last set tbh, well imo
