Chevin Chase!

This was a run i did on Boxing Day, 7 miles over all sorts of terrain + some nasty hills!

Didnt get much sleep the night before due to nervousness and was groggy in the morning (took sleeping tablets). Felt ill and threw up near the end of the race which wasnt good news for my time!

End time was 1hr 7mins not great but considering my physique (endomorph + short) and lack of training due to illness i think this is a reasonable time - definitely something to work with.

Quite enjoy running so i might incorporate a few sessions into my training every week.

Im entering the "Guiseley Gallop" on Easter Sunday so il see how fit i can get for that!

I think Boxer is pulling your leg YIB!

Not sure what place i finished it hasnt been updated on the website yet, think about 850-900 people ran it, probably about in the middle of that.

Guiseley Gallop is 6.25 miles (10K) but theres 2 miles of continuous hills so this will slow me down a little.

Not sure about a time, i would hope 50-55mins but il see how the running goes, lifting is still my priority this is just a bit of fun and keeps the bodyfat down.
