Chicken Livers

Does anyone else love these?

Nothing like lambs liver. They have a great taste and texture so cheap and full of protein.

I like to fry them with balsamic vinegar or some Nandos hot sauce.  50p in most supermarkets they never get a mention I just wondered if anyone else liked them?

Love them.  I roll them in a little flour, fry them in a little butter with chopped shallots.  Add some gravy stock and a squirt of ketchup.  Taste bloody amazing.  I'm a big fan of offal though.  Had stuffed lambs heart at work and they were pretty incredible too.

They're a cracking little snack mate, I fry them in butter with loads of garlic, some pink sea salt and black pepper. Then pop a little nandos sauce on them mmmmmm. Wish I had some now!

i've bought some last night, probably going to search the web for a paleo recipe for them.

I went for Beef liver last night and used a lovely recipe I found on a paleo site (im not a pale avid follower, just trying to cut back on processed foods and carbs).
