Chocolate PWO

Ive been caught short without my usual bananas and have never used malto/dextrose.

Ive got easter eggs in the cupboard that ive never touched. Anyone think some choc egg with my usual 40-50g whey would be useful?

i wouldn't personally, crap fats are the last thing i would use PWO

just eat something an hour or so afterwards and up the portion size a bit to compensate for the lost cals, no biggie

also work in some chocolate into your daily cals until its gone

I'd try to avoid any chocolate really.
