Chromium Picolinate Supplementation Advise
I picked up some 200mg Chromium Picolinate at GNC as I thought they may be useful while taking an ECA stack, to keep insulin levels under control and maximise fat-burning.. Has anyone noticed good results?
Also what is the best time to take them? With the ECA stack, like many prepared thermogenics? The reason I question this is because I have seen other research showing it is best to take with food like a multivitamin. At the same time I read that it can be slightly toxic when taken with Vitamin C. And I take Vitamin C with Breakfast & Dinner. Confusion..
