I see your post alot on steroid forum so guess for some reason.Your trying a different route.I have used AS for years and apart from the odd 2 weeker trying to cut right back on usage. . First started cissus on its own straight in at double dose and to be honest didnt get really anything from it .Its as much a mental thing for me i need to be on something to get motivated for training after yrs of AS.But now i am stacking it with max fx max strength 4 of each a day .And feal really motivated and dont look to bad either ...Im 5 8 and holding 16 4 ish at the mo..

I did 4 weeks at standard dose (3 caps a day) and im only 78kg. It did pretty much nothing for me apart from minimal pumps in the gym!

Im guessing your a big guy mick just from the cycles you've done lol! How you intending on running it? During cycle, PCT or on its own?

May be useful during PCT but I definately wouldnt run it at anything less than double the recommended dose. Read some good reviews at that dose

Ahhh I knew you'd be a big boy!

Looking for something new to get test levels back to normal and hold onto some gains during PCT then. Sounds good! im sure ihawk and firestorm will be able to tell you more, i know they've used it!

I ran it during PCT along side Nolva and X-Lean.

Nolva and Cissus drol did an awesome job of getting my tests back to normal with in a few days so I highly recommend them. CD also gave me some awesome focus and aggression in the gym which was much required and the X-Lean I feel improved my recovery and has had an effect on my fat loss. The reason I say this is due to me eating out a fair amount and drinking plenty of beer on a few occasions but I still have lost bf so def a good supp imo.

    Sides During PCT

I had a total of 3 spots I think through my pct. All in all no real sides to report during PCT, which is good.

    Weight

I kept 50% exactly of weight gained on cycle but some of this loss was BF as I dropped 0.54% during pct plus an amount would have been water. This would be backed up by the fact I did not loose muscle size after pct.

    Strength

Unfortunately I decided to change my training style during pct for higher volume with slightly lower weights so I cannot give quantitative figures hear as such. But what I will say is I appear to have kept my strength. If anything it has improved see I can now bench 85kg for 12/10/15 wears as before I struggled to get 95 for 5/5/5 so that shows a marked improvement in my books.

deffinantly of use during pct and for me would be one of a number of supps i would also use off cycle to keep gains through the year, i would use it at double dose from the start but many people are having good reults at 3 caps per day and others using 4 or 5.

    No worries Mick.

I used the CD at 3 caps per day for the first 2 and a bit weeks of pct but upped to 6 per day for the last 4 days if I remember rightly. I would say I was happy running at the 3 caps per day and did not notice much of a difference running double the dose but then I don’t think I ran it high enough for long enough. But saying that I suppose the only reason I took it for was to help with test levels and retaining gains and seeing as I did that on 3 caps this is how I would run it in the future.

As for X-Lean I used at 6 caps per day for the first few weeks and upped to 10 caps per day for week 3 followed by 4 days of tapering off. 6 caps per day was spot on but I did notice fat dropped more on 10 caps per day and my recovery was much better. If you opt to use X-Lean its worth noting that I did ramp my dosage down from 10-6-4-2 after 3rd week at 10 ed and think this was a good decision as gave my immune system a chance to kick back in.

I think X-Lean is around £20 for 60 caps and CD is around £26.99 for 90 caps.

I ran it standalone for 4 weeks at 3 caps a day. At the time I was doing 1hour cardio before weights, including a 20 min run, and before running the CD I was pretty knackered going into weights. CD seemed to stop the fatigue and give me some energy on the weights, as well as help me push my strength up. I ended up gaining around 5lbs with a reduction in bodyfat, a precise figure I cannot give unfortunately.

I'm running this at 3 caps per day with 3-6 caps of Nutraplanet 50% Cissus as I have bad shoulders and I feel very good and strength is increasing.

    I'm 5,10 and 100kg.

I ran standard 3 caps per day from start as a next step up from Creatine, so my body was new to this type of thing and it reacted well.

Strength went up nicely all-round, focus and aggression in the gym was fantastic, sleeping was the best I'd had for ages although some very strange dreams occured alot lol.

Over my total run of CD I managed to gain 7lbs, then hit the Epidrol and made a further 12lb gain off a 4 week dip.

Running CD now again in my PCT, only going 3 caps a day again, all-in-all very good product in my eyes with no sides apart from couple of spots...

Did one tub, got some good strength gains, nothing amazing though. Ran it at double dose after a week so I was probably only on it for 3 weeks. I intended to do it longer as I'd bought two tubs but figured I'd just save the other tub for PCT instead.
