Clean and Press in my routine?

I train legs and shoulders together, so I was thinking it would make sense to do the clean and press on this day as the exercise hits both your delts and your quads/calves.

However does the clean and press hit your back too much to include it on this day? Especially seeing as I train my back only two days before legs/shoulders day. Would I be allowing my back to recover enough?

Cheers

Yes i reckon so. I'd also put it with legs/shoulders.
You can say the same about any day as it includes the full body. Just see how it goes, its a quality exercise.

Yeah its a bloody good exercise. I did it today but all the oly bars were in use so I decided to do it single armed with a dumbbell. Is this any good? It felt class, fcuking nackered after it!

Yeah, i've done them like that before, similar to a kettlebell.

    Cant beat the bars though.
