Clen Again!

Sorry guys. Just an opinion really. Gonna start losing weight/cutting up in 2 weeks. Have got some clen and ECA. Have been told to do 2 days on clen then 2 days on ECA and trust me this bloke gets ripped as f*** following this method but from alot of others on here they believe in 2 weeks on clen 2 weeks on ECA. Just some feedback would be nice. Cheers guys!

Since clen has a half life of 2 days, if you run eca for 2 days after your clen dosage, it is effectively the same as though you took the eca aswell as the clen
You are risking all sorts of problems with blood pressure and this is dangerous.

The reason clen is recommended to be cycled for 2 weeks is because past this stage the downgrading of the beta 2 receptors is total, and further clen use is pointless.
If you continue to exceed this level, you will rapidly regain fat(or so I've heard other people report).

The reason for cycling 2 weeks clen/2 weeks eca is because the beta 2 receptors get a chance to recover during the ECA cycle. ECA indirectly stimulates the beta 2 receptors, but clen is a beta 2 agonist meaning it directly stimulates them.

Lots more articles around about this
(this has practically become the CLEN section!)

    Good advice above.

Si - the main reason why he will be getting ripped up will undoubtedly be a sound diet and cardio. Clen/ECA are aids to the fat loss, nothing more.
